| At the Annual Communication of Grand Lodge in July, W. Bro. William Chatwell was Elected District Deputy Grand Master for Toronto District Seven, A special meeting was held at the Thornhill Masonic Temple to celebrate this event on September 11, 1999, 165 brethren, families and friends attended. R. W. Bro. Chatwell introduced W. Bro. James Doherty as the District Secretary. | At the Grand Lodge Communication July 1989, R. W. Bro. John H.
